Underestimated Collective Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction to These Terms
Scope of application. These terms outline the conditions under which Underestimated Collective Ltd provides access to our digital products, coaching services, and the 8-week Lead Engine Code Collective Sprint Solution ("the Product").
Why these terms are important. It’s essential to review these terms before making a purchase, as they explain who we are, how the Product is provided, your rights regarding refunds and guarantees, and other key details.
By purchasing the Product, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. We may revise them periodically, so please check the terms each time you buy.
2. About Us and Contact Information
Who operates this service. The Lead Engine Code is a product offered by Underestimated Collective Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

3. When Your Contract Begins
Order acceptance. A legally binding contract is formed once we send you a confirmation email acknowledging your order and payment for the Product.
If we cannot fulfil your order. In cases where we are unable to process your order (e.g., the cohort is full or the application review process flags a mismatch with the ICP), we will notify you promptly, and any payment received will be fully refunded immediately.
4. The Lead Engine Code Access and Service Delivery
Access to Digital Products. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to the private member portal containing the mission videos, templates, and community access ("the Content").
Service Components. The Product includes: the Content, 8 live weekly Collective Sprint sessions, and 3 dedicated 1-to-1 strategic sessions with Chris Hyland.
Updates and Adjustments to Products. Occasionally, we may need to update or modify the Product or Content to:
Implement improvements based on Collective Feedback (e.g., adding more 1-to-1 sessions).
Comply with regulatory or legal changes.
Implement minor technical updates.
5. Cancellation, Refunds, and Dual Guarantee
The following guarantees override the standard legal cancellation policy for digital goods, providing the client with exceptional assurance:
5.1. Proven Exit Guarantee (The Strategic Refund)
If, by the end of Week 3 (after completing Missions 1, 2, and 3 and attending the three corresponding Collective Sprints), the client honestly feels the strategic blueprint provided will not fundamentally solve their lead generation problem, they must notify us in writing. Underestimated Collective Ltd will then issue a full refund of the purchase price (£3,997) immediately. This guarantee is conditional upon the client demonstrating they have genuinely completed the assigned work up to that point.
5.2. The Head Chef Override Guarantee
We guarantee the client will complete the strategic blueprint. If the client falls significantly behind the set schedule or encounters severe strategic difficulty, Chris Hyland will personally step in as the Head Chef to assist in building the core strategy and lead funnel. This ensures that a committed founder does not fail to finish the program.
5.3. General Cancellation Policy
Except as provided under the Proven Exit Guarantee (Section 5.1), due to the immediate access granted to all strategic content, refunds or cancellations are otherwise not permitted once the 8-week program has commenced.
6. Investment and Payment Details
Product pricing. The full price for the Product is £3,997. This price is subject to increase without notice for subsequent cohorts, reflecting the increasing value derived from Collective Feedback.
Payment. Payment options (e.g., full upfront or 2-month installment plan) will be detailed at checkout. The price will not change once the order is submitted.
7. Intellectual Property and Usage
Ownership. All content, including the Lead Engine Code name, methodologies (e.g., The Trust Pebble, Counter Attack system), templates, videos, and guides ("the IP"), remains the intellectual property of Underestimated Collective Ltd.
License Grant. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the IP for the internal strategic development and operation of your own business only.
Prohibited Use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from the IP for commercial purposes or coaching/consulting without express written permission.
8. Additional Legal Considerations
Disclaimer of responsibility. Underestimated Collective Ltd does not guarantee that the information provided will be free from errors or fully meet all expectations. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from the use of our strategic content, as implementation success depends entirely on the founder's commitment and execution.
Applicable law and legal venue. These terms are governed by the laws of England, and any disputes must be resolved in the English courts.
